My Story

It started back in 2018 when I decided to start playing guitar. (very late bloomer!) My first guitar was a 2013 Gibson SG Standard. Pretty nice guitar for a rookie! Loved it. I started to realize you can really make extra money buying and selling guitars. Started locally here in Calgary and then went worldwide. Bought my first Japanese guitar in 2019, and never looked back. I couldn’t believe the quality. 

In 2019 I went to Japan for the Rugby World Cup . On my travels I found the ESP Custom Shop. I asked if i could have a tour and they obliged. To see that level of craftsmanship and the pride in these artists, was something else . Then I was brought to the holy of holy’s……where they built Navigator. I knew very little of these works of art at that time, but once I got my hands on one, that was it.
When I got back home a miracle happened. There was one for sale in another city. I phoned them and drove 5 hours straight in a snowstorm .I knew as soon as I picked it up and played it, it was coming home. Ever since then, this obsession grew and hasn’t stopped. To bring these rare and unique guitars to our side of the pond is my goal. Once you play these, it’s hard to go back to those big guys.
