Most guitars arrive within 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Canadian and US buyers are typically on the faster end of that range. International shipments can take a little longer. We'll keep you updated with tracking from the moment it leaves our hands.

Player's Grade — this guitar has been played and it shows. Dings, dents, and marks that tell the story of a life well-lived. Nothing structural, nothing that affects playability — just honest wear from years of use. These are often the best-sounding guitars we carry.

Excellent — very little play wear. May have the odd small mark under close inspection but nothing that stands out. These guitars look and play like instruments that were treated with care.

Near Mint / Mint — essentially unplayed. Exactly as it left the factory, often with original plastics still intact.
